I have loved this kind of characters too long and too much, so I HAD to make one by myself ;v;
Here is some information:

Name Kaya, you can call her Ki as well
Age 16
Species Dragonish canine creature
About Kaya is bit of a badass. She doesn't want to follow the rules and do whatever someone else says. She kinda goes her own path. She doesn't talk much, and you have to beware that she might not respond you if you talk to her. She speaks when she feels like it. She has really good sense of humor, and she loves to prank others. She's really smart as well. She is friendly and her softspot is children, and she's very good with them, but she's not the best company for them... again xD She smokes sometimes. She is really artistic and loves to paint with her tail. Usually on public places and gets polices chasing her xD
Features She has really long tail, and she can grab things with it. She can breathe fire, but not so much coz she gets headache if she breathes too much/ long. She as feathers on her low back. She also has claws and horns. And scales. 
Other She can wear any kind of jewels and that kind of stuff. She also can wear scarves. Up to you.
